Your company moved us from […], Saffron Walden to […], Keighley in West Yorkshire on Thursday 10th February.  I am just dropping you a line to pass on our thanks to your staff who facilitated this move.  It was the first time we had moved house since 1990 and despite it, allegedly, being one of the most stressful things one can do in life, your team ensured that there was absolutely no stress on our moving day.

The office team ensured that everything was taken care of and that we had sufficient boxes and packing tape, including when we requested additional tape.  The day before our move our china and glass was packed up, with the greatest of care, and a large pro[portion of our belongings were located onto the lorry.  The following morning the remainder of our belongings were loaded up and the lorry set off northwards.

They arrived at our new address not long after we did and the bulk of our furniture and possessions were unloaded with the guys returning the following morning to unload the remainder before they travelled back to Essex.  We cannot fault your guys in any way.  Throughout they were polite, friendly and helpful.  You can be assured that if any of our friends in the Saffron Walden area are moving home we will have no hesitation in recommending Pretloves to them.
