I am writing to commend the service provided on 6/7 January when we moved from the above address to Oakworth, West Yorkshire.

The quotation visit was carried out by Lance, whose professional and knowledgeable manner reassured us that nothing would be too much trouble, as indeed proved to be the case.

I particularly wish to commend the 2 man crew, Mark and Charlie who carried out the removal. Our new address is some 800 feet above sea level on the West Yorkshire Pennines. The weather on the morning of our arrival was atrocious, best described as blizzard conditions. Despite the wind and snow, all our furniture and household goods were unloaded and carried up the drive without complaint. Both men remained cheerful, cooperative and helpful throughout.
