I have been rather busy since our removal from Hill Crest and realise that I am rather late in thanking you and all at Pretloves for your excellent service. The complicated removal was made very easy for us by your tolerance in changing the dates and then by the kindness and efficiency of all your staff both in the office and on the ground.
