Dear Adrian & Anne

This is a short and rather late note to thank you and your team for your help in moving. Your patience with holding dates is a wonder! Our removal team of Mark, Steve and Jay Jay were friendly, helpful, considerate and extremely hard working. The day they packed us up was terribly hot and the interior of the van was unbearably hot yet they carried on with a smile until it was all safely stowed. It makes such a difference to the whole move to have a team you feel you can trust and most important of all - the right attitude to keep everyone going cheerfully through what is always a long day.
